Mexedia’s Supervisory Body was established, as stated in the Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments and additions, to vigilate on operation, effectiveness and abidance of the “Model of Organization, Management and Control” (Model 231), as well as to overview its constant updating. In consideration of the activity of the company, a monocratic organism was appointed.
